Before ordering the books, please make sure you have ordered correct Books because there is Cancellation charges.

  • Refund in Bank Account : Amount will be refunded after deduction of 10% (Two Way Payment Gateway Charge) in your same account which you have used.

    • - You may cancel your order any time before dispatch. After dispatched Cancellation is not Possible.

  • BOOKS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Only defective books can be replace

    •  - if you reject the parcel, two way actual courier charges will applicable (Minimam Rs. 100 or Actual charge whichever higher) per item will be deducted.
  • If kavikanibooks.com is unable to fulfill your order either fully or partially (in case of non-availability of items) the corresponding Full amount will be refunded to your account.
