Please consider the Following steps:

  • BOOKS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

  • Before ordering the books, please make sure you have ordered correct Books because there is Cancellation charges

    • - If you Cancel before dispatch

  • Refund in Bank Account : Amount will be refunded after deduction of 10% (Two Way Payment Gateway Charge) in your same account which you have used.

    • - if we are not able to fulfill your order - Full amount will be refunded in your account

  • The refund process usually takes from 3 days to 7 days to reflects amount in your account.

  • Please note that kavikanibooks.com has no control over the bank process and does not bear any responsibility for the same.

  • If transaction fails and the amount is debited from your account, the amount will automatically be refunded to you as per the payment gateway and bank policies. Normal time : 24-48 Hours

  • We do not replace or exchange the books.

  • Only Defective books can be replaced within 10 days of the Delivery.

    • 10 Days Replacement Policy : Validity : 10 days from delivery

    Covers : Damaged, Defective, Item not as described

    Type Accepted : Replacement

    If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website/App/Mobile site within 10 days of receiving the product.
